How many guests can the hall hold?
Up to 240 guests. The number for your event depends on the setup you choose, and we’ll confirm it with you.
What kinds of events do you host?
Weddings and receptions, birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations, conferences, corporate meetings, training, seminars and workshops, community gatherings, church events and private functions.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. There’s no in-house catering, and you’re welcome to bring an approved outside caterer, subject to our venue policies. Ask us if you’d like recommendations.
Is alcohol allowed?
No. East West Event Centre is an alcohol-free venue.
Can I see the hall before I book?
Yes. Book a tour through Plan Your Event. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
How do I check whether my date is free?
Send a Plan Your Event request with your preferred date, and an alternative if you have one. We’ll reply by email.
Do you offer décor, setup and audio-visual support?
Yes. We offer or coordinate décor and setup, tables and chairs, audio-visual support, photography and event coordination. Tell us what you need when you plan your event.
